Fill out the custom rug form to share your idea and clear photo references. I work best from simple, well-defined designs that suit tufting.
Please note: I am not a graphic designer and can only provide basic-level graphic design work. If you have a very specific art style in mind, consider commissioning a professional artist before submitting.
2. DESIGN FEASIBILITY CHECK 🧵
Not all designs are possible at every size. I’ll confirm whether your idea is feasible or suggest options within 1–3 business days.
Desk rugs work best with simple designs and limited detail.
No design work happens at this stage — this is only to confirm feasibility and pricing 💰
3. PURCHASE YOUR RUG 🛒
Once your idea is approved by me, purchase the rug in your selected size.
Full payment is required before any design or production begins.
4. DIGITAL DESIGN 🖥️
After payment, I’ll create a digital mockup based on your references. Small tweaks are allowed.
Rug production will not begin until the design is approved ✅
5. PRODUCTION TIME ⏰
Each rug is handmade with care. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity.
Shipping time is not included 🚚
Progress photos will be shared during the process 📸
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY 📦
Once complete, your rug will be shipped with tracking so it arrives safely. Enjoy your one-of-a-kind piece 🎉

Shedding
Light shedding is normal, especially during the first few weeks. This is excess yarn from the trimming process. Gently trim loose fibres with scissors. Do not pull on loose threads.Cleaning
Spot clean only using cold water and a mild detergent. Blot gently with a clean cloth and avoid scrubbing. Do not soak, machine wash, or place in the dryer.Vacuuming
If needed, use a handheld vacuum on a low suction setting. Avoid beater brush attachments, as they may damage the fibres. Lint rollers are the safest option.Drying
Air dry completely on a flat surface. Avoid direct heat and prolonged sun exposure to prevent fading or warping. Weigh down with books or other flat objects if warping occurs.Use and Storage
For indoor use only. Avoid placing rugs in high-traffic areas. Keep away from excessive moisture. Do not fold for long-term storage; store flat whenever possible. -
Light shedding and flattening are normal for handmade rugs. If you see a loose thread, trim it carefully with scissors—do not pull it. To refresh flattened fibers, use a lint roller or a gentle vacuum on a low suction setting. To preserve the texture and lifespan of your piece, avoid high-traffic areas and always refer to your Care Instructions for more detailed guidance.
