How we ship:
All orders are sent via flat-rate shipping with tracking through Chit Chats, so you can see where your package is.
Where we ship:
We ship to Canada, the U.S., and worldwide.
U.S. orders:
U.S. orders are CUSMA certified to help with border clearance.
Customs / duties / fees:
If your order ships outside Canada, you are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or fees your country charges. We do not pay those.
Order processing times:
Custom orders: Production takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. This does not include shipping time.
Ready-to-ship items: Any item that is not custom is processed in 1–3 business days before it is dropped off at the post office.
Delivery times:
Times vary by destination — tracking gives the best estimate of when you’ll get your item.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Return window:
You can request a return within 7 days of when you receive your rug.
Condition:
To qualify for a return, items must come back in perfect reselling condition — no smells, stains, pet hair, damage, or alterations.
Return shipping:
Return shipping costs are paid by you.
How to return:
Contact us first for return instructions. Items need to be sent with tracking so we can confirm delivery.
Refund timing:
Once the item is received in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed.
