Shedding
Light shedding is normal, especially during the first few weeks. This is excess yarn from the trimming process. Gently trim loose fibres with scissors. Do not pull on loose threads.

Cleaning
Spot clean only using cold water and a mild detergent. Blot gently with a clean cloth and avoid scrubbing. Do not soak, machine wash, or place in the dryer.

Vacuuming
If needed, use a handheld vacuum on a low suction setting. Avoid beater brush attachments, as they may damage the fibres. Lint rollers are the safest option.

Drying
Air dry completely on a flat surface. Avoid direct heat and prolonged sun exposure to prevent fading or warping. Weigh down with books or other flat objects if warping occurs.

Use and Storage
For indoor use only. Avoid placing rugs in high-traffic areas. Keep away from excessive moisture. Do not fold for long-term storage; store flat whenever possible.
