how to order a custom rug
1. SHARE YOUR IDEA
Send me a message with your idea and clear photo references. I work best from simple, well-defined designs that suit tufting.
Maximum rug size: 120 cm x 180 cm (or 45in x 70in)
Please note: I am not a graphic designer and can only provide basic-level graphic design work. If you have a very specific art style in mind, consider commissioning a professional artist before submitting.
2. DESIGN FEASIBILITY CHECK
Not all designs are possible at every size. I’ll confirm whether your idea is feasible or suggest options within 1–3 business days.
Desk rugs work best with simple designs and limited detail.
No design work happens at this stage — this is only to confirm feasibility and pricing.
3. PURCHASE YOUR RUG
Once your idea is approved by me, purchase the rug in your selected size.
Full payment is required before any design or production begins.
4. DIGITAL DESIGN
After payment, I’ll create a digital mockup based on your references. Small tweaks are allowed.
Rug production will not begin until the design is approved.
5. PRODUCTION TIME
Each rug is handmade with care. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity.
Shipping time is not included.
Progress photos will be shared during the process.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once complete, your rug will be shipped with tracking so it arrives safely. Enjoy your one-of-a-kind piece!
Duties/custom fees are to be paid by customer.
US orders are CUSMA certified, so no additional duties apply (subject to change at any time).
