U.S. orders are CUSMA certified to help with border clearance. This can change at any time.

Customs / duties / fees:
If your order ships outside Canada, you are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or fees your country charges. We do not pay those.

Order processing times:

• Custom orders: Production takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. This does not include shipping time.

• Ready-to-ship items: Any item that is not custom is processed in 1–3 business days before it is dropped off at the post office.
