All orders are sent via flat-rate shipping with tracking through Chit Chats, so you can see where your package is.

We ship to Canada, the U.S., and To Select International countries.

• Canada
  We ship nationwide across Canada with the following regional terms:

  • Standard Addresses: Shipped via Chit Chats.

  • Atlantic Provinces and Territories: Deliveries to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut incur additional shipping fees.

  • PO Box Addresses: Shipped directly via Canada Post and carry a higher shipping rate, as Chit Chats does not deliver to PO boxes.

Suspended and Excluded Destinations

• EU, UK, and Norway: We do not ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Norway due to complex cross-border regulations, packaging laws, and registration requirements.

Customs / duties / fees:
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Shipping rates paid at checkout cover postage only. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or local handling fees charged by your destination country upon arrival. We do not pay or calculate these fees.

Order processing times:

• Custom orders: Production takes 4 weeks depending on complexity. This does not include shipping time.

• Ready-to-ship items: Any item that is not custom is processed in 1–3 business days before it is dropped off at the post office.

Delivery times:
Times vary by destination — tracking gives the best estimate of when you’ll get your item.
