⟡ CUSTOM RUG PROCESS ⟡
1. SHARE YOUR IDEA
Fill out the custom rug form with your idea and clear photo references. I will determine if your idea is possible or suggest ways to make it work.
⟡ No design work happens at this stage as this is only to confirm feasibility and pricing ⟡
Please note: I am not a graphic designer and can only provide basic-level graphic design work. If you have a very specific art style in mind, consider commissioning a professional artist before submitting.
2. PURCHASE YOUR RUG
Once your idea is approved by me, I will create a custom listing with your name and share the link with you.
3. DIGITAL DESIGN (if required)
If your rug design requires a digital mockup, I will create drafts based on your design ideas.
If a design draft is required, rug production will not begin until the design is approved.
4. PRODUCTION TIME
Each rug is handmade with care and takes some time.
Rug production timeline is currently: 2 to 4 weeks (not including shipping) depending on design complexity and my pending rug queue.
I always share progress photos during this time. Visit my Instagram (@lunastuftingstudio) to potentially catch a glimpse of your rug being made!
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once complete, your rug will be shipped with tracking.

I do not accept custom requests that include racist, vulgar, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content. If I’m unfamiliar with a theme or reference, I will do additional research before accepting the order.

Materials: Acrylic and/or wool-blend yarn, cotton/polyester blend tufting fabric, felt backing, carpet adhesive (commercial grade, environmentally friendly, and anti-microbial), hot glue, spray adhesive
