Welcome to Luna’s Tufting Studio! I’m so glad you’re here. My goal is to provide you with a smooth, safe, and happy shopping experience. Below you’ll find important information about how I protect your privacy, handle orders, and the terms of service that apply when you shop with me.
1. Privacy Policy
I collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you, including your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared except with trusted partners who help fulfill your order, such as shipping carriers and payment processors.
I use cookies and similar tools solely to improve your shopping experience. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting me.
2. Legal Terms
All products are handmade by me and sold as is, unless otherwise specified. I reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, and policies at any time without prior notice.
By placing an order, you agree that Luna’s Tufting Studio is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from the use or inability to use the products.
I comply with Canadian federal laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and Ontario’s consumer protection regulations.
3. Shipping Information
I ship worldwide Monday through Friday. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing — this includes packing your item and dropping it off at the postal office. (As a full-time mom with a busy life, I appreciate your patience!)
Shipping is fulfilled via Chit Chats shipping service, and I always provide tracking information for your order to ensure transparency and protection for both of us.
Please note: All taxes, duties, customs fees, and import charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I strongly recommend checking your country’s policies before ordering to avoid unexpected costs.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (based on the tracked delivery date). Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition — free from smells, stains, dirt, or damage.
If the returned item is received in anything less than perfect, unused condition, a refund will not be issued. See the Terms of Service below for more details.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. As a small business, I am unable to cover return shipping unless the issue was caused by me.
Refusal of delivery due to customs fees or any other reason will only result in a refund minus any financial costs I incur to receive the refused package. Additionally, refusal of delivery will result in your account being blacklisted, and any future orders will be cancelled immediately.
5. Terms of Service
By purchasing from Luna’s Tufting Studio, you agree to the following terms:

Any returned item received in less than perfect and unused condition will immediately forfeit the buyer’s refund.
