Every custom rug starts long before the tufting gun turns on! This $50 CAD non-refundable deposit covers the design phase — including consultations, digital mockups, and prep work — and secures your spot in my queue.
As a small, one-woman business, this ensures that I can dedicate my time to clients who are serious about creating something special. Thank you for understanding and valuing handmade artistry.

💡 Custom Orders Process:
Step 1: Submit a Custom Rug Inquiry Form
Start by filling out the Custom Order Form. I’ll review your request and respond within 1–3 business days to let you know if your idea is possible. My ability to accept orders depends on my current workload and design limitations.

Once I’ve approved your idea, purchase this deposit listing to officially kick off the design process.
Step 3: Mockup & Quote
Within 2–3 business days of receiving your deposit, I’ll provide a digital mockup and final quote for your custom rug.
Step 4: Final Payment & Approval
If you’re happy with the mockup, I’ll send you a custom checkout link for the remaining balance.
⚠️ Please note: Production will not begin until the final balance is paid. Payment is required within 48 hours of receiving your approval link. If not, your order will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. This policy ensures mutual respect for both our time and effort.
Step 5: Production Time (2–4 weeks)
I’ll handcraft your rug with care, from start to finish. Depending on complexity and my schedule, production generally takes 2–4 weeks. I’ll provide an estimated timeline so you’re always in the loop. You might even catch process sneak peeks on my Instagram!
Step 6: Shipping & Delivery
Once completed, I’ll carefully package and ship your rug with tracking. For more details, please refer to my Policies Page.

I do not accept custom requests that include racist, vulgar, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate designs. If I’m unfamiliar with a reference, I’ll research it before accepting the order. Thank you for respecting these boundaries.
